I am hoping to set up my actors agency in the next few months and I am wondering where I can get help in terms of drafting a contract for my actors?
ANSWER:
In the US, there are many requirements one must fill to open an acting agency. Acting agents in LA, for example, must have their performers’ contracts approved by the State Labor Department. I’m afraid I don’t know what the requirements are in the UK, but the Association of Talent Agents may be able to point you to a similar organization in Europe.
