At the KAT/CAM Acting Studio, students receive more than just acting training. They also have the opportunity to work on a comedic web series. The instructors personally create and write the characters in the web series with the individual student’s acting strengths and personal interests in mind. The young actor gets on-set experience and work that they can show industry people like agents, casting directors, producers, directors, and, of course, friends and family. Parents and students alike are able to view their child’s work online and be able to see progress and artistic growth.
The web series gives young actors on-set experience and teaches them to be prepared and equipped with the tools to work with other actors and directors. Students and parents receive seminars on the business and marketing side of the biz. KAT/CAM also brings in industry guests to see their students perform.
